Our gallery features exhibitions of work by artists and musicians,  national and local.  We encompass many different types of visual arts,  painting,  sculpture,  drawings,  printmaking,  photography,  architecture,  decorative art,  video,  film and music performances.

We offer the New Orleans community exhibitions dealing with important social cultural issues that are included in the gallery programs.  We feel many goals are common to most art galleries and music venues.  The OLD WAREHOUSE distinguishes itself by emphasizing how important music, art, our  historical culture and social contents are with interpretation as integral parts of programmatic planning which enriches our understanding of its contribution to New Orleans, LA.  We are the oldest art and live music capitol of the south!!

In addition, we offer internships to college students who submit their work.   They receive an opportunity to gain professional experience to learn job skills in the art gallery,  music industry and in the administration as well as knowledge about market and business of this industry.  Our committee is an advisory group of private citizens that has made it possible for our special programs and projects!
